Opportunity (Internship+ FTE)

  • Role: 6 months of in-person internship followed by FTE conversion basis performance.
  • Location: NCR & Bangalore.
  • Eligibility: Stream Electronics and Communication , Electronics and Instrumentation , Electronics and Electrical with 60% – X & XII & >= 6.0 CGPA – B Tech
  • Batch: 2024 only
  • Selection process: The hiring process will include online test followed by in-person interviews.
  • Onboarding: Selected students will be onboarded for in-person internship from Feb-24 onwards for duration of 6 months and basis performance the FTE (full time employment) conversion will take place.
  • Stipend: 21000 INR / Month.
  • CTC: Fixed- 375000 , [ All values are in INR]
  • 18 months bond is applicable once the students get converted to FTE.
  • Students are expected to work in 24*7 shifts.

Job Description :-

What you will do

  • Service Alarm Monitoring.
  • Alarm Management for the assigned Network Services (based on Business Requirement)
  • Ticket Management
  • Supervising all events in Customer’s handled infrastructure in order to secure those services and resources are operating at optimum performance and within agreed SLA and to detect and bring up exceptions.
  • Responsible to interact with the resource and service instances to intercept, validate and/or collect network, IS/IT/Telecom Infrastructure events information for distribution to related processes.
  • Fault remedy requiring on site presence is dispatched timely (as per the SLA / KPI) to the field operations organizations.
  • Work Order Handling
  • Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the EOE/MSTOP process.
  • Work towards KPI & Balanced Scorecard parameters
  • Creation of Trouble Tickets
  • End to end responsible for the incident ticket lifecycle.
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines & departmental processes & procedures
  • Deliver 24/7 support, resolving technical issues promptly for flawless operations.

You will bring

  • B.E./B.Tech Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines.
