Role Description:- Intern – ERP Coordinator

  • Reporting to the GDS S2P team lead, this role will work on the TRAXX tool as part of the pre-purchase and purchase pillar and ensure he/she meets the requirements from pre-purchase and purchase perspective.
  • The candidate in this role will work with the stakeholders, S2P to align the TRAXX activities and fulfil them in a timely accurate manner. The role will also ensure that there are no escalations and the requirements are fulfilled within agreed timeframe

The opportunity:-

  • TRAXX tool specialist – Individually manage the PR/PO, SRN/GRN creation process in TRAXX tool across various GDS locations.
  • This role holder shall coordinate between S2P Enablement team and other stakeholders in Procurement, Risk Management, Finance, SL/SF operations to drive timely request processing in TRAXX tool.

Your key responsibilities:-

  • Ensure completion of accurate data in the Purchase Requisition (PR) template by SL/SF.
  • Coordinating with SL/SF incase of budget transfer required to process the PR.
  • Creation of Purchase Requisition in TRAXX tool with timely follow ups and status updates.
  • Creation of SRN/GRN against the PO once invoice is uploaded in TRAXX by the vendor.
  • Submission of invoices to CVT for payment process.
  • New vendor creation in Supplier Portal to initiate BRET.
  • Updating basic vendor details and corrections to the data.
  • Triggering vendor logins and making changes whenever required.
  • Work consistently, and occasionally extended hours, to accomplish tasks ahead of deadline.
