What is eLitmus?

eLitmus is hiring platform for freshers and experienced candidates in India. eLitmus was launched in 2005. eLitmus evaluate candidates based on their pH test. pH test evaluates job seekers based on a variety of parameters and grades them nationwide using an advanced statistical model. eLitmus is one of the most reputed platforms where job seekers can get a job with a good salary ( For Freshers More than 6-8 Lacs Package). Candidates get a job in good company through eLitmus.

What is pH Test?

pH Test means Hiring Potential Test. The pH test is a national level test. Companies used the eLitmus pH test as a benchmark to recruit entry-level professionals. It is a percentile based scorecard on all sections.

What is the eligibility criteria For eLitmus Test?

As per eLitmus Adda ( Offical eLitmus Forum) information, There is no eligibility criteria to take the pH test. However, companies which use the eLitmus pH Test scores may set their own eligibility. Typically companies which hire through eLitmus look for candidates from BE/B.Tech, MCA, ME/Mtech or M.Sc 113 (CS/IT/Electronics). Additionally, they may ask for minimum marks or grades. The criteria are published with each job ad.

What is the eLitmus pH test fee?

eLitmus pH Test fee is ₹ 850. You can also visit eLitmus official website and checkout. The scorecard is valid for 2 years.

eLitmus Syllabus:

eLitmus pH test is an offline test. There are 3 Sections of pH Test Paper and each section contains 20 Questions. So total questions are 60, and each question carries 10 marks.

Can I take the pH test more than once?

Yes, you can take more than once. There is no restriction How often do you test. Typically the best score will be considered for shortlisting by companies.

What is the cutoff percentile to get interview calls?

Generally, companies shortlist candidates for interviews on the basis of the skill sets required for the given job profile. Now companies also consider your academic record. Apart from this if you have scored in pH test more than 80% percentile. So it increases chances to get shortlisted for interview.
