Job Description:

We are looking for a bright and dynamic Recruiting Coordinator for our Gurgaon office. Reporting to the Recruiting Senior Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting a team of 10+ recruiters and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Due to our continuous growth, this position is a great opportunity for a go-getter, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to get their foot in the door and on their way to recruiting career path.

Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Both side cabs & meal provided)

Shift timings may change due to business requirement

Position Duties:

• Greeting, screening, and directing candidates and visitors to appropriate staff
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview resources
• Assign tests for multiple roles
• Work on Internal Job posting and coordination
• Facilitate onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate and prepare materials for career fairs and on campus interviews
• Enter applications and interview notes into the applicant tracking system
• Sharing feedback with candidate post completion of interview process
• Sending candidate experience survey for each candidate
• Closing the candidates on interview feedback form
• Follow up on with the hiring managers on completing the feedback tool post interviews
• Updating the final status on the ATS and dispositioning the requisition
• Travel (occasionally) with recruitment team to coordinate for campus interviews i.e. Delhi NCR

Candidate Requirements:

• Fresher with at least Bachelor’s degree is required
• The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
• Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate well with all levels of people
• Should be comfortable to work on weekends
